HOW 2020 KNUST GRADUATION WAS HELD
The KNUST class of 2020 held a virtual graduation ceremony due to COVID-19. There was no in-person graduation for the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) class of 2020 graduates as a result of the COVID-19. The University management had to improvise by announcing to the general public that, its class of 2020 will have their graduation virtually, in other to avoid any contact with the Hundreds of people who wish to converge for the occasion.
The graduation process demanded that students who wished to be presented for the virtual ceremony, upload a decent portrait picture (formal/traditional wear) using the students portal (apps.knust.edu.gh/students).
All graduates were to collect their certificates at the Great Hall Foyer, and those who were unable to obtain their certificates and souvenirs during the period could do so at their earliest convenience.
The University mounted photo booths at the Great Hall Quadrangle for interested graduates to take Graduation photographs.
